Hi guys! Sorry for the delay. So I have taken my car to 4 different shops , 1 being a Chrysler dealer ( which knows ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about our cars ) and none have found the issue as of yet . I switched out the bcm with another bcm I purchased and the the problem still existed. Not sure if the part number matters or what . It is currently at the 4th shop that is going to check for a loose or damaged wire. This may take some time so I will keep you guys posted.
I would only replace the BCM with another of the same part number. YES, it will take some time to hunt around for the exact number, but it is out there somewhere.
Certainly models are different; do the circuits for the windows on each models BCM circuit boards work identically. I do not know, but it is certainly less expensive to use only a BCM replacement with the same number, than to continue this hunt for a repair solution with a BCM that may or may not be compatible.
