It looks similar to what my lower control arm did to the carrier frame on my limited. My lower control arm bolt was torn from it's location when I went off road and hit a rock. Your picture looks as though the camber control arm and bolt was forcible torn outward. You can see the missing metal from the carrier frame bracket. Your shop may be able to fabricate two new side pieces for the bracket and weld them in place. I dropped the carrier frame, bought a used one from junk yard and replaced the complete frame.
