That broken bracket is part of the "carrier frame" which is like a hand or claw that is bolted to the body of the car with four bolts. It is not all that difficult to remove the entire carrier frame and replace it. I did it myself with no help, but I do have a lift in my shop, and it does involve some man hours. look at a parts diagram to better understand how it attaches.
Oh ok gotcha, I appreciate that. Thanks for the info. There are a couple of wrecked Crossfires here OKC. I wonder if trying to get that part would be better than fabricating one?
My insurance is paying for all the front work being done to the car. The back work is coming out of pocket. I’ve wanted the camber fixed on the back for awhile now, I’m tired of replacing tires every 10-15,000 miles. In your opinion what is the best option that won’t kill me in the pocket? Thanks in advance
