I agree with the other comments. The circuit board is toast. The circuit board is a multi-layer board. Without a good board to check your board against there is no way of knowing if circuit runs on either side of the board or circuit runs inside the board are good. There is a very good possibility that some circuit runs are completely gone. Throw it away and purchase a new siren. Keep the new batteries, maybe someone can use them.
