Default Pizza's Absence

Ok, I guess it is reasonable I'm getting questioned about why I have not been taking care of spammers and such lately.

Effective November 1, 2019, I resigned as Field Application Engineer for JVCKenwood after eight years. I resigned in such a way, that they did not offer anything to stay - because I could not stay.
After the move to Dallas, Texas in 2018, I developed vision issues, high blood pressure, increased weight and yet, even other issues. After seeing doctors for several months, it became clear that I was fundamentally in denial that I was miserable in the big (BIG) city.

I took a job with a Motorola dealer in Lowell, Arkansas and started on November 5 as a senior field technician. Career-wise, this was a step down, as to health and personal life -this was a HUGE step up.
Oddly, I moved to an area of about 12-15% lower cost of living, but picked up more than 10% in pay.

Given that I now live an hour from the Eureka SPrings event (as wells as an hour from "TwoFast" and the hosts of our dinner/music at the Buck Mountian Airport each year), I am living the life!

FOr the month of November, I lived with Bob and Patti at the airport where we hold the above-mentioned dinner each June. Over Thanksgiving, I moved all my stuff from Texas into a rental houme in Bella Vista, Arkansas. I know live in the hills and beauty of NorthWestern Arkansas and drive by cattle grazing on the way to work.

I am also back to three cars: THe Range, the Crossfire and a 4WD company truck that comes home with me - no more commuting costs! The area, job, boss, co-workers, company, house - everything, is great. I sleep well now, and have lost around 6 pounds without even trying.

Attahced are photos of the house and John Two-Hawks' Christmas concert from last night, held in the Eureka SPrings city auditorium. If you think Eureka SPrings is pretty in June, try walking thru town in the dark, at Christmas!
