He means highlight the text you want printed, click on Copy after clicking mouse button, open Word and copy it on the new screen, save and print that page.
You may get some little spots or something between words but it is quite legible. Pictures will be at the size they were copied to the forum at so often they will only print with part of the picture shown.
You can copy the picture though, downsize the pixel count and replace the picture in your Word file.
Or just insert the picture into the Word document and resize by dragging the corners in.
