My XF was throwing the P0410 air injection code along with a few more codes for O2 Sensor heater circuits at 60,500 miles. It seems as though that relay has a large load on it when the car is started dead cold.
I pulled the Relay Control Module and discovered the very common burnt relay contacts. I cleaned them up and all is well after 2500 further miles. I also reflowed the power connectors while I was in there.
