Default Re: SKREEM question

my son was able to access to the electronic in the trunk and it is dry, no leak inside.

today the company that in mid December took $900 to replace my pcm with a re manufacturer one and install the software, (ecu warehouse)
they advertise themselves with multiple webpages, such as
http://www.ecuwarehouse.com
Crossfire ECU Control Units And Crossfire ECM Repair
sent me an half line email with no signature saying "call us tomorrow morning and we will take care of it"
I have been trying to contact them for weeks since mid December, when i got back the pcm, They never call back, and i am very disappointed with this company.
I have asked them to tell me what was wrong with my pcm, also to double check the software they installed in the new pcm and described in detail the no crank misbehavior and all testing i have done. no response from them, nothing.

Hopefully something positive will come if so i will update the forum

Thanks.
Sa
