Default Computer programming issues

2004 RED Crossfire
Need assistance with the following issues please.
Tech scanned for codes. Tech could not communicate with deep scanner, also could not communicate with low level and found no codes.

TPMS light is on, check TPMS: Tech checked TPMS sensors, TPMS sensors L/F, L/R (driver side) no detection. R/F sensor (passenger side picks up, R/R sensor no detection. Only good sensor is R/F (passenger side front) Due to scanner not communicating with vehicle unable to program TPMS sensors. I
I have two 2004 Crossfires one Red, one Black. My first thread was on the black one.
Called dealership to see if they could scan. They wanted $176.00 just to read it. Do you know of a less expensive way to have it scanned other than a dealer.
