In fact, a lot of website yo obtain the COC are not original.
Also, the french gouvernment makes no effort, the certificat is not needed because on the spanish ID the COC number is full.
But in france, they oblige us to pay a new certificate, why ? no answer for that .. I think it's a crazy thing.
That is why I would like to escape that.
