Default Anti-Theft System has Shut Car DOWN

Please help with any advice ---
How the anti-theft system can fixed?
What kind of diagnostics need to be done to figure out if its the Anti-Theft System that's failing, making the car completely shut down

It was running fine
New battery & serpentine belt Jan 2020
New FOB Batteries after it wouldn't open the doors, trunk & console (and still won't).

Had it towed to auto repair I bought battery from. They said its an anti-theft system problem and to take to dealership --
Chapman (& West Sahara) Chrysler said they no longer had specialists that worked on Crossfires anymore that I had to take it to Mercedes or European Specialty repair shop
I had it towed to the European Specialty repair shop last Monday.

NOW, 8 DAYS LATER, they've upped my original $188 Diagnostics Fee up to $500 + and theres still NO OFFICIAL DIAGNOSIS OR REPAIR DONE YET!

PLEASE HELP!
I've bought this Crossfire in July 2009 with 20,000 miles.
It only has 100,000 miles now. I have every maintenance and repair record since ownership.
I've come on here (had to create new ID today bc haven't had problems for about 4-5 years) depended on this forum for 11 years now.

Thank you all for being here
.
