I hope you know that you as the owner can sync your key fob to work the locks. The process is simple assuming you have the correct FOB; but you need to be able to get to the ignition switch. The process is explained in the owner's manual and in the help section on this forum. Mouse up to Forums > Technical and then select TSBs. I believe..
