Hi everyone, my first post on here so here goes , I’ve recently purchased an
04 plate crossfire roadster , the car is great but I’ve noticed a loud creaking noise when turning the steering as I’m manoeuvring, I don’t notice it once in motion . I’m a Diagnostic technician by trade so this is a hard one to swallow ... anyway I’ve had the car up on the ramp at work and checked out all the track control arms etc etc , all looks good , it just passed an MOT last week too . When I turn the steering without weight on it I.E off the ground , its disappeared . I think it might be coming from the steering box
has anyone experienced this because it’s driving me crazy .
