Its probably the mice in the engine wanting to go fast down the road, and since it is off the ground they are protesting loudly! Seriously, welcome to the best car forum around! Did you check the wheel bearings for correct tightness? If loose and worn, they might squeak (reference loud mice protesting). Hope you can trace it down!
