You are correct ...once you have attended you are on the mailing list every year
I got mine yesterday as well and I encourage you to register by mail with the form you received as the online registration isn't working correctly now and it was difficult for the parking organizer to track those registrations last year because it is run by the City of Royal Oak and not the parking organizers
