Anyway, welcome to our Forum just the same. You will find the electronics on these cars somewhat "quirky". Issues will crop up that you never experienced with another marque. However, just about any issue that surfaces has been dealt with by another owner already - You just have to research it using the "Search" functions & be a little "thick-skinned". Feedback will be received in all forms.

My experience indicates that quite a few of the German marques manufactured during the 10-year period of 2000 - 2009 all had similar issues crop up. I've got Porsche enthusiasts nearby that have cars produced in this time period and these type of issues they have experienced, too. Guess these marques all sourced their electronics from the same vendors. My $0.02.
