Duh, I remember now. The cut-outs in the splash-guards where the calipers go is in the wrong location for where the caliper is located in the Crossfire. Crossfire = caliper toward front of car. C32 = caliper toward rear of car. Thus even though we are using the C32 caliper, that caliper is now located in a different physical space in the 360-degree circle so that it no longer aligns with the cut-out for it in the C32 splash guard. And there you go.
