This could be possible but the ROM (the part of the processor you can't change) are a litte bit different. I don't know if this is a issue. I think it would work because I have tested a Set (skreem, keys and ecu) from a Mercedes SLK 320 (R170) and I can start my Crossfire.
But I have to dig deeper in that to confirm that it would work.
