Default Re: 2006 40K service advice

You have been a member here eight years and you think taking a Crossfire to a Chrysler dealer is a good idea? I see you have made seven posts - apparently, you have only read seven posts - because ANYONE who spends ANY TIME here knows enough to stay the hell away from Chrysler dealers unless you are taking a Chrysler product in for service.

The Crossfire is not a Chrysler product, it is a Mercedes product. The dealer will not only charge you way more than is reasonable, they will likely return the car to you with issues you don't have now - especially if they really DO try to do ANYTHING including an oil change - which they WILL screw up.

Read my sigline, then go find an independent shop known for Mercedes experience. ..............................................
