I did the RCM work. As always, tested in my car before shipping back.
There have been a couple that didn't work once the owner received them. One was a flaky relay (new) the other a bad solder joint.
mlinster - You can verify the RCM operation by:
1. Open the RCM
2. Turn the key to the ON position
3. Two of the three middle relays should stay engaged
