The one that got me was a bad brake light bulb. The brake lights are the ONE lamp that will "latch" the light on, others will light the light only when that particular light is turned on - brake lights will light the light as soon as you hit the brake, but the light stays on till you shut the car off. I finally saw it as I started the car, I was looking at the light out indicator - it came on when I hit the brake, and stayed on when I let off the brake.

As to you tire light - well, they either screwed up a TPMS sensor or the internal battery of one of the sensors just happened to reach end of life.

(I was under the impression that location of the sensor didn't matter, but I bet it DOES matter - every time Iv'e had tires replaced, ONE GUY did all the work, one wheel at a time - so it's never been an issue for me.)
