WOW, that's the worst leaked siren battery I believe has ever been posted. Not surprising if it was originally installed November 2003. BTW that matches an OEM design, and that type is the first siren battery replacement I did in my original post. That original OEM siren is working great alongside the second chirping siren I have installed (which I also replaced with new batteries designed for the 4.8 single one in later models with the chirp). Is everything working correctly now?

Hi GraphiteGhost, the new one I ordered was from MB in Daytona Beach, FL and so far it is working fine (installed 05/28) with the chirping sound. So time will tell, as I am not sure when it was produced, cost was $140.
