I am sure I am not the only one wondering what you mean exactly? The car is pretty nice looking, good luck with the sale!

oh wow- ok, then maybe skreem isn’t my problem. Here’s the issue in full detail: about 4 years(so ~25k mi ago), my alarm would start sounding while I was driving. The car drive just fine(engine didn’t shut off or anything else), people just thought I was an emergency car driving down the road!! I pulled over and pulled the fuse that handles the alarm, and the car has been 100% fine since then. The fuse I pulled stopped the alarm, but it also disabled the remote locks(so I have to manually lock now) and the interior dome light. Both of those would still operate if I put the fuse back in. At true time of the problem I searched on the forum and I thought the symptoms sounded like a skreem module, which if I remember was a few hundred dollars to replace, but it never bothered me that much or affected the car, so I just never bothered. But again: I have had exactly ZERO driveability(if that’s a word!) issues since then(or before to be honest!).
i thought about it after I posted: I redid the valve cover gaskets maybe 3 years ago, but the drivers side is seeping a bit again. Not any sort of dripping coming out, but the valve covers could probably be done again if the next owner wanted to(I remember there were really good instructions on the forum, hardest part of the job was ensuring I had the right bolts from the MB dealer!).
Just want to be Uber transparent with this to ensure the next caretaker is pleasantly surprised by their purchase!
