No, I doubt that. The oil leaks are almost always from the "vent covers", the growth on each valve cover that serve as the PCV valve on these cars.
They are sealed to the main cover with RTV, there is a whole procedure to repairing that leak. You can find it in the below link.
( BTW, that pulley above the AC compressor is the power steering. )
