Are you saying the MaxCare Wrap warranty is a third party warranty provider, and that they require the 'every 5 years' inspection separate from the 1 time 5 yr Chrysler LPTW inspection? I have a friend who got caught in that same thing sort of (third party provider). Chrysler charged him BIG BUCKS, and the third party warranty provider nixed his claim because he didn't 'recertify' according to the third party requirements. There ought to be a 'cover' of (say) bullet statements, to insure you know of and your required steps to keep it active. I can almost bet they hid that stuff in the extremely long winded read of that ultra fine print legalese that is signed on/to and prey on those who either forget or didn't realize.
