I did find these S/S V band clamps, though it looks as though "proper" replacement requires cutting and welding. Wondering about maybe the clamps might work on the exisiting pipe flares? Those clamps won't work without the proper flange.

Are you talking about the clamps that hold the passenger side head pipe to the Y-pipe, and the clamp that holds the Y-pipe to the muffler?
