First try Dawn dish detergent for the areas, that will remove all of the wax. Second try a 50-50 mix of vinegar and distilled water. Thirdly, if the first two fail, try Meguiars Ultimate Compound with a DA polisher with an orange pad for those areas. If that doesn't work, the clear coat is damaged beyond repair.
