I wonder if you could clear your code and exchange the RCM (maybe from someone local perhaps) who does not have a P410 error code showing and , put your RCM in their vehicle and see if they then get the error code, now with their RCM in your vehicle see if the code generates again, this should either eliminate or implicate that particular RCM.

Yep, tighed1's "swapper" RCM was a known good one and once he receives my old one he should be able to confirm that mine was actually good.
