Don't bother with LED in an H7 reflector. You will get too much scattered light and it cannot be focussed down the road. This is due to the fact you cannot manufacture an LED with the light emitting down the centerline of the bulb like the H7. You are going to find several people telling you LED's are fine KDW doesn't know what he is talking about but anyone who actually looks at the engineering type drawing for an H7 and an LED will see light being emitted on one side of a silicon substrate cannot equate the H7. Additionally even if the lumens of the LED is 3 times the H7 it will do you no good bouncing all of that light around the inside of the H7 reflector.

Go HID. HID bulbs emit light down the centerline just like the original H7 therefor you are matching the reflector to get light into the projector to get the light down the road.
