These kits were on eBay some time a year ago at most, you may be able to see what they sold for, around $600 or so I think. You do not have to buy a new ECM.
All these parts need to be fitted as they all use the keys in the kit. The keys have a chip in them for security purposes and it has a secret code.
Since then companies have seen that money can be made by repairing that boxy module which is called a SKREEM in which case all those parts are not required.
The fobs are useful on there own when the chip inside is replaced with an existing chip from an old fob or is reprogrammed to suit an existing SKREEM.
Use search on this site or Google to look into it more.
Someone will want these, do not sell them cheap, patience is a virtue.
