I have a 2005 Uk crossfire convertible. I jetwashed the car including the filler cap area abs suspect water has got into the boot/trunk. Now I can’t get the boot open. I watched the video on how to donut but unfortunately on my car, when you remove the two licence plate lamp holders, there appears to be a metal barrier at each side to prevent putting a screwdriver or whatever in to release the boot/trunk lid. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
