If you're not "missing" any pieces (and it looks like they're all there) then that is very repairable. This is the epoxy you should use . . . Great stuff . . .

FYI - These get cracked and break when the seat or the seat back is run back too far putting pressure on them. When you get it repaired or replaced, be careful running your seats back . .
