FYI - These get cracked and break when the seat or the seat back is run back too far putting pressure on them. When you get it repaired or replaced, be careful running your seats back . .

It is not a magical solution, I have used it and it requires strengthening with a fibre glass or carbon fibre patch on the back surface without which it will much break easier than the first time and who wants to do the repair twice.
