Also, will this engine cover accept the larger throttle body?

I do not say it is better, I just think that any extra hp gained is not worth the cost of the SCAI.
The Mercedes part number of the two pieces that make up the larger engine cover are listed in the PDF.
The SLK covers are no better than the one on the Crossfire.
The location diameters on the MAF bodies both large and small are the same, it is only the inside diameters that are different.
