Like Mark, I changed my tranny fluid at 60K. I used 5W/20 Royal Purple. Haven't driven it enough to notice a difference; but I'm here in the north and she's hibernating.

Here's a Chrysler service pdf on this clutch system and nowhere does it say adjust the pedal. Most everything says replace. Read the section on Clutch will not engage properly
