The forward bolt on the A frame is primarily camber. The aft bolt is primarily caster. However, you should think of the alignment as a three leg stool. Look at the suspension; It has basically three points of attachment. If you change any one of the legs on that stool the other two angles also change to a smaller degree. Changing caster or camber also changes toe which then should be adjusted back to spec.
