"The spoiler is deployed."
That brings up another possibility. Traction control relay in the relay control module. Here's how to check.
Remove and open the RCM.
Reattach the connections being careful to not let it touch any metal.
Turn the key to the ON position. Look at the relays. Two of the three middle relays should remain closed (engaged). The third middle relay (fuel relay) should close for 2 seconds then reopen.
