Hello all!

I am new to this forum as I just recently purchased my first Crossfire. I thumbed through this thread and I felt like I should post this to see if anyone else has noticed it. My car came with only one key. The case is in rough shape so I bought a new one with an uncut key blade. I had it cut and I put the electronics from the original fob in it. I was just fiddling around in the garage the other day and something rolled underneath the car. The original (empty) fob was lying on the work bench so I just instinctively grabbed it. It wasn't until I was already out of the garage that I realized the car started WITHOUT the guts inside the fob! The new one was in the house! So, how did this happen? I thought that the cars security system wouldn't have allowed it.
