I have a choice for the Mrs and I, downtown is the 2 part Moderna, out at Shaw AFB is the 2 part Pfizer. Soon maybe, there will be more approved(?). I understand there may be a J&J version asking for approval for emergency use. FYI, none of them are FDA approved outside the emergence use (yet). Am asking any members what you got, and what kind of effects did you experience. If outside the USA, there may be (or not) others in the pipline or used (we here in the USA so far have the two (only) available. So, what did you get, and how was the side effects ( If you don't want it thats OK as well). Thanks for your input either way!

I have a few friends who all got the Moderna vaccine. Minor side effects after first dose, mainly soreness where they inject you. The second dose there were more side effects such as severe fatigue, severe headache, soreness in arm, swelling of arm, fever, chills, runny nose and nausea. The side effects lasted a day for most and for one friend they lasted a day and a half. I don't know anyone who has gotten the Pfizer vaccine but I believe it is rated a little more effective for those over 65 versus the Moderna one.
