Last February, I went on an "immunity quest", I was already taking vitamin A, D in the form of cod liver oil for my back and general immunity. I added 1200mg of C and 2000-3000iu of D3. I know many talk of Zinc, but I didn't find that in the homework I did. I've been exposed at work at least twice - I am the oldest (age 60) at work and note that those who have been ill from COVID are younger (age 29-43) non-smokers. Our three smokers have all escaped illness, same as me. Apparently, the smoker's lungs are such an inhospitable place, even COVID can't take up residence there!
You just have to do us all a favour and donate your body to science, you may pass away during the tests but we will never forget your lack of selfishness.🙂
