Personally, I have not taken the vaccination and do not need it, as i have natural immunity to most colds, flues and similar virus.
I have a few friends who have had one of the vaccinations, none have reported serious issues, just a 1-2 day illness with weakness, headaches, things like that. Not ALL of them, but two have had mild issues, the others report nothing at all. Seems like the vaccination, like the illness, impacts everyone a bit differently - which makes sense when you think about it.
Last February, I went on an "immunity quest", I was already taking vitamin A, D in the form of cod liver oil for my back and general immunity. I added 1200mg of C and 2000-3000iu of D3. I know many talk of Zinc, but I didn't find that in the homework I did. I've been exposed at work at least twice - I am the oldest (age 60) at work and note that those who have been ill from COVID are younger (age 29-43) non-smokers. Our three smokers have all escaped illness, same as me. Apparently, the smoker's lungs are such an inhospitable place, even COVID can't take up residence there!
