This talk of 'mold' really bothers me. It takes a lot of moisture to grow mold. Almost to the point where there could be corroded connectors, but let's not go there, yet. Mold was just in the interior nothing in the engine or the trunk as best I could tell. So hopefully not an issue.
To the manual top resync I speak of and see what you get.

With engine running, windows up and top up, turn "D" handle, do windows go down?
