I'm dumbfounded to learn that some/all cars came with both, after being a member here eleven years.

EDIT: I misread your post. And I went out and looked, the SE came with the bottom tool. My Limiteds, at least the Graphite, came with the upper tool.
Still learning after eleven years....................... (And I'm ten posts from 11,000!)
I am 300 posts from 24,000, lots of them inconsequential.
I could not find a wrench on my brand new 2004, so I asked the dealer for one, it was taken from another Crossfire. Some time later I found the original wrench in the pocket between the seats, so I had two. I gave one away to someone who never got one. I have never used it.
