After reading several articles I found out that it's about a 3w oil and has several benefits. Being the engine oil capacity is about 8 quarts it is recommended to replace 20% of oil with MMO which would be 1.6 quarts. So next oil change I'll go at least with only one quart of MMO. I see they claim it would remove varnish and other engine build-ups as well as providing moisture inhibitor values . Piston rings, especially oil control rings, benefit by it keeping them clean. This is not the first time I've used MMO over the years and have had successful results.
