Engine enhancer in a bottle! (2006 CF)
Give it a try.
Our engines do not have push rods and lifters, but the valve adjusters are similarly designed.
There is a sticky in the TSB and How-to Articles on how to change the adjusters.

Maybe I'll just add a lot of really fine sawdust into the oil. That should quiet it down! LoL
HOW COULD I NOT REMEMBER THAT THE ENGINE IS AN OVERHEAD CAM ENGINE!!!! I'VE ONLY OWNED MY FIRST XFIRE SINCE 2021.

Next time you are nearing an oil change put a quart of Dexron ATF in the oil and run it the last couple hundred miles with the ATF in the oil. Then change the oil as you normally would. It may just work and it won't hurt anything.
