Having said all that; I want to reiterate my experience with SOS. I called them on the phone before the transaction. The conversation was very friendly and very well explained. Other than the issue with the USPS the transaction couldn't have been better. SOS did exactly what they said they would do and for what I consider a good deal, they increased the value of my car by $1,000. To me SOS are geniuses. They are honest and capable.[/QUOTE]


They would not talk to me over the phone regarding anything about the order other than payment. They do not discuss anything technical over the phone. This is even stated on their website. And the last time I checked, saying that someone did or said something they didn't is not honest. Just saying.
