I agree. I just checked my '05 and the key locks or unlocks all the locks.

There was a thread back in 2019 that ala_xfire suggested checking Fuse 9. The response was "Thank you, replacing fuse 9 ( 10 amp) solved the problem for me, now both key fobs will remotely lock / unlock the doors."

Here's a link. See Post #10 and Post #13. I don't know. Maybe it's a long-shot, but it's easy to check Fuse 9. According to the manual, Fuse 9 handles "Roof Light, Horn, Anti-Theft Alarm, Cargo Lamp and Tire Pressure Control".
