~ rubber strip can be replaced.
~ remove whole blade from wiper arm (at pivot point).
~ squeeze the two stainless stays and slide off.
~ put stainless stays along the rubber insert and slide back onto blade assembly. trim off excess rubber.
~ slide and replace blade onto wiper arm.
