My steering wheel has been off center for a while while driving down the road so I took it off and put it back on so that it would be straight and now the BAS/ESP light stays on. I have tried resetting it several times by turning the wheel all the way left all the way right and back to center but it hasn’t worked. There are arrows on the steering shaft, steering wheel, and steering angle sensor. None of them are lined up to one another anymore since I adjusted it but I thought that by going through the reset it would make the light go off. Does anyone have any ideas?
