Yes Comes with 3 O-rings for the filter. but don't do over 10K on the Mann still has a paper that breaks down. If AMSOIL makes one for your model it is 100% synthetic fiber, no paper, and I do 15K per change!

It comes with 5 "O" rings, you use 4 (unless you want to change that one that almost no one changes). Remember to put the cap "O" ring in the SECOND slot (not the top slot). Good luck!
