Your item #3 is correct in the way you describe, nothing wrong.
The cars did not come with a beeping alarm, the beeping alarm was added later when the original alarm failed or they just wanted to hear a beep.
The seat relay may be broken, it can be replaced or sometimes repaired. It could be a fuse or a bad wiring issue.
You later post adds more information that should have been here, nobody can give an answer if vital info is missing.

to be honest I’m not to fussed about the alarm going off the main issues are the spoiler and electric seats where 3 fuses keep blowing which are most likely linked to the spoiler or seats apart from that all the other electrics work fine such as wing mirrors,stereo etc
